3. Order and Payment Terms

Order Process:

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Order acceptance occurs when we send you an order confirmation email.

We process all orders within 1-2 business days and offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping:

• Carrier: DHL or FedEx
• Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping:

• Available on orders over $50
• Carrier: EMS
• Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may experience longer delivery times or may not be serviceable.

International Orders:

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas in Asia and select regions). International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We stand behind our gear with the same confidence you place in it during your adventures.

Return Timeframe:

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt of shipment.

Return Conditions:

All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Adhesives & Solvents (for safety reasons)
• Dry Suits & Dry Wear (hygiene considerations)
• Base Layers (hygiene considerations)
• Apparel with removed tags or signs of wear

All sales are final on these items unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Wait for authorization and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Package the item securely with the RMA number visible

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

International Returns:

Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees or import duties.
