Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt of shipment. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Our Support Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Package and Ship: Securely package the item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the box. Ship to:

  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the return is processed. Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges unless the exchange is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Adhesives & Solvents (for safety reasons)
  • Dry Suits & Dry Wear (hygiene considerations)
  • Base Layers (hygiene considerations)
  • Apparel with removed tags or signs of wear

All sales are final on these items unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Note: If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

International Returns

Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees or import duties. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
